"Ordering was kind of a hassle"
The whole ordering process was just annoying. This and that kept making it more of a pain than it needed to be, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

"I ordered from EGW Guns because…"
I ordered from EGW Guns because I expected the process to be smooth, especially since they make it seem like help is easy to get if you have a question. That wasn’t really my experience. I reached out needing some basic help and it took longer than I expected to hear back. When they finally replied, the answer was short and didn’t feel all that helpful. The parts themselves were fine, so no complaints there, but the customer service didn’t really match what I thought I was going to get. It made the whole order more frustrating than it needed to be.

"So... the part looked fine when..."
So... the part looked fine when I first took it out of the box, but once I handled it a bit, the machining just felt off. Some of the edges were uneven, and when I went to install it, it didn’t line up the way it should have. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I probably wouldn’t order it again

"Should’ve Held Up Better"
I grabbed a mount from egwguns.com thinking it would be solid, but man, I was frustrated almost right away. After just a couple trips to the range, it started moving under recoil and my zero was all over the place.
Maybe I just got unlucky with this one, but for what I paid, I really expected it to be tougher. My gut reaction was basically, nope, not buying this again

"Optic Still Won’t Hold Zero"
The mount looked fine and everything seemed tight, but the zero kept shifting every time I took it out. I reached out to support hoping for some help, but it felt like they were blaming me or my setup instead of looking into the optic itself. Frustrating experience overall

"Return process was SUCH a headache"
I tried to return a part and also ask a simple question about the warranty, but support just kept sending short, unhelpful replies. It felt like once they had my money, they were DONE helping me. Super frustrating experience, and I won’t be buying from them again.

"I ordered this hoping it would make the..."
I ordered this hoping it would make the sight picture noticeably better, but I barely saw any difference. The fit was fine, so it’s not like it was totally unusable or anything, it just didn’t feel like the upgrade everyone always acts these things are supposed to be. Kind of wish I hadn’t ordered it from Evolution Gun Works.

"I wanted to like the site because..."
I wanted to like the site because it seemed like it had what I needed, but actually finding anything was a pain. The menus felt all over the place, and I kept clicking around in circles just to get to basic info. Parts of it looked promising, which made it even more frustrating, but I gave up quickly

"Pretty frustrating parts search"
I was just trying to find a couple of parts, but almost every page I clicked on said they were out of stock. The selection felt really limited too, which made the whole thing way more stressful than I expected. I ended up giving up and buying from somewhere else

I had to reread the instructions a few times and still wasn’t totally sure what they wanted me to do. Maybe it’s just me, but it almost felt like they made it confusing on purpose so you’d miss a step and blame yourself later

"Was I missing screws, or did I miss something?"
I ordered a mount and when I went to install it, the hardware bag wasn’t complete. At first I second-guessed myself and thought maybe I dropped the screws or overlooked them in the packaging, but after checking everything a few times, they just weren’t there. I couldn’t get it installed that day, so I had to go searching around and email them about it. Frustrating for something that should’ve been ready to go right out of the box...

"Just didn’t sit right with me"
I don’t know. I started placing an order and quickly got this weird feeling about it. The site looked a little off, then I tried checking the brand info and that didn’t really help either. Just kind of made me trust it less. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but I didn’t feel comfortable going through with it. I won’t be ordering from them again

"custom order took forever"
the fit wasn’t right the first time, so it had to be redone. i get that custom work can take a bit, but this ended up taking way longer than i expected.

"I didn’t have the best experience..."
I didn’t have the best experience trying to get technical info from egwguns.com. I asked what I thought were specific questions, but the replies I got felt really basic and kind of missed the point.
With gun parts, the little fitment details are a big deal, and when you’re trying to make sure something is actually going to work before ordering, you don’t want vague answers or responses that sound like someone is just giving it their best guess instead of actually knowing the part, the setup, and the compatibility details you’re asking about.

Maybe other people have had better luck with them, but for me it was just frustrating. I wouldn’t go back to them for anything where I needed solid technical support or confident guidance...

"I mostly went with EGW cause..."
I mostly went with EGW cause I really wanted to support a US made company. That was the main reason I picked them, not so much the price or anything like that.

But after I ordered, it just didn’t feel all that worth it. The website and whole buying process felt basic, and I never really got that proud “made here” feeling I was hoping for. Probably wouldn’t buy again.

"Rough, uneven finish"
Not gonna lie, I was disappointed when this showed up from egwguns.com. The part looked rough right out of the package, with an uneven finish, dull spots, and small marks that were noticeable immediately. It might function just fine, but for the price I expected it to look a lot cleaner. If the appearance of the finish matters to you, I’d probably think twice before ordering

"Bad first impression right out of the box"
I ordered this from egwguns.com expecting a straightforward install, but my first impression was not great. The parts didn’t line up the way I thought they should, and the instructions barely helped at all. I ended up spending way too much time trying to make it work, which was really frustrating. Maybe other people had better luck with it, but for me it was a rough start and way more hassle than it should’ve been

"Said it would fit, but the holes didn’t line up"
I ordered this mount because the listing said it was compatible with my gun, and I double-checked the model info before buying. When it showed up, though, it just would not line up right. The screw holes were off just enough that you could tell immediately it wasn’t going to sit flush, even after I kept comparing it to the photos and specs. Really annoying to have to return something that looked like it should’ve fit.

"Took way too long for the work"
I sent my gun in figuring it’d be a normal wait, but man, the turnaround time was rough. I kept sitting around waiting and didn’t really hear much unless I reached out first. I get that shops get backed up and all that, but this ended up taking way longer than I expected. I won’t be sending anything back there again.
